Undergraduate teaching

Developed with colleagues the most popular course in biological science for non-majors at Florida State University with 1200 students per semester. Program of lectures collected in a book "Sex, Drugs and Pollution" that has been through 5 editions. It discusses the biological insight into problems of the biosphere, the society and the individual.

Developed and taught courses in Microbial Ecology, Trophodynamics and Community Structure of Coastal Systems, and the microbiology program of the Marine Biology Saturation course. (Florida State University)
